Returns are accepted within 10 days for a full refund. Package must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us via the Contact Page with your order information, contact details and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label with return instructions. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted. 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. You will recieve tracking details once the order is shipped. Shipping times are 3-5 business days.
